unchanged file (excel)

With an unchanged file (excel) I am prompted to save the "changed" file upon
closing. Only seems to happen on excel files.

If you have a volatile function, the automatic calc on opening will
cause a change that prompts the Save.

Volatile functions include NOW(), TODAY(), RAND(), AREAS(), CELL(),
COLUMNS(), INDEX(), INDIRECT(), OFFSET(), ROWS().

This can also happen when you have links to other workbooks in your file.
