Uncatchable RDA Exception

Any help is appreciated. We have no clue what is causing this but our
application is silently crashing out when performing RDA pulls. Which
makes this really weird is that it will work sporadically. We must be
overlooking the route of the problem, but we can't figure it out.

We have tried the pulls on a few devices: Symbols PPC2003, Dolphin
PPC2003, and Dolphin WM5.0. We have used different test servers and
each produce the same results. The code had been working perfectly
over the last couple years, it wasn't until recently this issue
started arising.

We are using sqlcesa30.dll build 3.0.5300.0. All IIS logs look good
and the sqlcesa30.dll?stats appear to also be perfect. Our guess is
that something on our server could be causing our problems. The
problems seems to disappear for a while after we restart IIS.

Please let me know if you have ran into weird issues with RDA
crashing.

All of the event logs look good. We are extremely stumped on this one.
