Unblocking attachments

I cannot figure out how to open attachments that have been blocked by
Outlook 2003. I know what these files are and they are safe. Is there a way
to unblock them so I can open them?

Thank you. It would be much easier if Microsoft would just alert us about a
possible security problem and let us make up our minds if we want to open it
or not.

I guess I have some registry tinkering to do. Sigh.

Thanks. I'll check into that. I just want something simple so I get to
decide if I want to open an attachment...not Microsoft.
