Unblocking Attachments from Being Opened?

I have an attachment I cant open. I get message:

Attachments, pictures, and links in this message have been blocked for
your safety

How can I remove this blockage?

This is a setting in your mail client, which appears to be Mozilla, so I
can't give you specific instructions. In Outlook Express, such settings are
at Tools | Options | Security.

You don't say what email program you are using, but it surely isn't
Word - and this is a Word group. Find an appropriate group and ask
there.

I am using Yahoo email or Gmail!? Why I can't open a MS-Word when sent
from either Yahoo or Gmaail?

When I email an Excel file instead of MS-Word, it is no problem?
