Unavailable "auto filter" command

I'm simply trying to install filters on an existing
spreadsheet. Not only are the "sort" commands
unavailable, but all of the Data > "filter" commands are
also unavailable. I can't figure this out as it is not
this way on my other spreadsheets... Please help! :)
