What is the difference when using RunOnceEx and GuiRunOnce for post-setup
application deployment ?

I'm mostly trying to setup small apps and settings.

Also, is there a tool that can detect the presence of an x-rw drive, so i
can opt to or not to install the Nero (preferably command line) ?
