Unablr to attach to workstation

We have a handful of users that can not be accessed from the network. This
is causing issues with remote installations. How can I resolve this?

Hi

a) make sure that your DNS in the domain is working fine
b) your client machines are not pointing to the ISP’s DNS
c) and your client machines have secure channel with the DC

that all about it
and i believe it should fix your issue
