Unable use Unsubscribe feature

Hi All
Am attempting to unsubscribe to a certain newsletter but when hitting the
"UNSUBSCRIBE HERE" link, all I get a double beep and nothing happens. Also
when trying to track a shipment item, (IE UPS), the same thing happens.
Appreciate any helpful response.
OS. Dell Insp 9300 Windows XP Pro.

The CAN-SPAM act mandates an unsubscribe link, but I'm not sure the law
requires the link to actually WORK.

Try pressing [ENTER] when focused on the button. Does that make a
difference?
