Unable to view Videos on Desktop

I'm using a Dell 4700C, Internet Explorer 6.0, Windows XP.



I have a Linksys Broadband Router, and IBM Laptop, I can hear what is being
said and view a picture on my laptop.



I cannot view any Videos on My Desktop. On all Videos, I can hear what is
being said, but I cannot view a picture. I view a Green Screen that is
blank.
