Unable to View .MSG Files from Server More than Once

Once I have viewed an .msg file from the server, if I go to open it up again
it says that access is denied or that it might be already opened. It will not
allow me to open it up. If I close outlook then I can open the email up again
(as many times as I like). A temp file is obviously being generated when I
have outlook open and also go to open an .msg file from the server. This temp
file isn't being released/deleted until I close outlook.

Any ideas on how I can resolve this. I've tried purging temp files but the
same problem occurrs.
