Unable to use "reply to all" function

When I try to use the "reply to all" function, I get the error message:

"Cannot complete the operation. One or more parameter values is invalid"

This is a recent development. Haven't ever had the problem before. The
only thing different on my computer is that a few days ago, I added Earthlink
internet.
Regular "reply" to just one person works fine...no error message there.

Thanks for taking a look at my question, Richard. I'm not sure this link
you gave refers to the same problem (although similar). I am having no
problems when I hit "reply", just when I hit reply to all. Also, the error
message in the article is different "Could not complete the operation because
the service provider does not support it."

Ykies, now I've discovered another problem. I can no longer add items to my
calendar: I get the error message: "Could not save item. Could not
complete the operation. One or more parameter values are not valid."


Not sure why this has happenned all of the sudden. As I mentioned, the only
change to my computer was that I installed Earthlink for dial-up.

Does microsoft have any support that doesn't cost more money?
