unable to use outlook with office professional

I have microsoft office xp professional w/ frontpage.
when I click on outlook I get "unable to open default e-mail folders". i
also can not do anything w/ it. I can't even set up an e-mail account. can
anyone help me please.

You have to configure a mail profile first. Use the Mail applet in Control
Panel.
