Unable to use File/SendTo/To...

I'm using Excel 2000 and after upgrading only Outlook to
2003, I'm unable to use: File/SendTo/To...
It said me (translation from French !):
"Impossible to start your mail software.
Check your network, ...".

Does anybody can help me ?
