Unable to upgrade to AOL 9.0..

I am trying to upgrade to 9.0 AOL and my comp. brings up
an error message -806. To sum it up it is saying that I
need to be logged on as the system administrator. The
thing of it is, I know that I am logged on as the
administrator. I have even double checked it and tried it
again to no avail.
I noticed that the same thing happened when I tried to
use system restore. I was unable to run it. How do I fix
this? Please Help!!
 
Check with AOL support on this.

Re system restore - not sure. Are you sure you're logged on as the default
administrator account?
 
I have rarely seen an AOL problem that turned out to have a MS problem at
root.
