unable to start up in safe mode...

When I tried to uninstalle a program I received a message telling me
install.log file was not able to be found I acually come up with mutiple
programs. So I decide to try to do so in safe mode but Im unalbe to load in
safe mode. I see the programs that are being loaded but then it continuously
stops on the same program. Is there anyone who can help me with this problem.

Install.log is the record of how the program was installed. A program
can't uninstall itself if it doesn't know how it got installed in the
first place.

There should be no reason for install.log to be missing. Sometimes it
gets deleted by so-called registry cleaners and other misguided attempts
to clean 'unnecessary' files.

In any case, it's easy to get install.log back: Just reinstall the
program, then reboot, then you should be able to uninstall the program.
