Unable to start MM: Can't find ordinal 466 in WMMUtil.dll

I believe this happened to me before and I fixed it. Well it's back.
When I try to start MovieMaker I get:

The ordinal 456 could not be located in the dynamic link library WMMUtil.dll

How do I fix this.

I have that same problem with my Movie Maker. How did
you fix it?
