Unable to start an installed program

I recently installed ArcGIS 9.2 on my new Windows Vista computer. But when
ever I try to open the ArcMap program I get the same box that says "Provide
your license server administrator with the following information:" There
isn't any following information, just a button that says "OK". Then it
doesn't run the program.

Any ideas? I'm not a computer wizard, but I did try to run it using the
compatibility program, still didn't work.

Thanks,
Mark

program as well as installing a stuborn program.

Yes, and I get the same message.

Have you tried contacting the people that make this software and checked
their website with regard to this issue?

Did you check their FAQ's
