I have an XP Pro computer that has broadband access. The other day when my
ISP was down I tried to access using DUN. However, for some reason, when I
get to the fourth screen of the New Connection wizard that says 'Internet
Connection: How doyou want to connect to the internet?', the first two radio
buttons are disabled; only 'Connect Using a Broadband Connection Tat I Aways
On' is enabled. Iwas logged on as an Admin. What settings or registry values
need to be changed to allow DUN?

At the risk of asking a stupid question: do you have a dial-up modem
installed and working correctly?

I wanted to ask that too... but I didn't want to take the risk! :-)
