UNABLE TO SET UP A SIGNATURE

I follow the correct steps, but Outlook will not let me get to the Signature
picker button in my Outlook.
any help would be greatly appreiciated.

If you are using Word as the message editor, you will need to either turn
off that option to create a signature in Outlook, or keep the option for
Word as the editor and create your signature in Word.
