You have to close the file you are trying to send in all other programs
before Windows Mail will send it.

Did not work: Excel Professional 2007 - hit the sunburst in the top left
corner. drop down menue has a "send" button. Two choices: email and fax.
Press the email and I get the Error Message. General Failure etc.

You need to ensure that WM has all its 3 defaults selected.
Either from the Start menu or in Control Panel. Default Programs.
