Unable to send messages after upgrading to Outlook 2003.

Upgraded to Outlook 2003 and now I can't send any email from the POP3
accounts in my personal profile. I can receive email just fine...but they
won't go out. Additional facts include:

- The mail account settings are exactly the same as they were before the
upgrade.
- I removed the account and added it back...got the same results.
- I setup another mail account as the default account...got the same results.
- When I tunnel in to my corporate network with their exchange server,
Outlook 2003 can send emails just fine.

Any ideas...I've exhausted my resources. -jd

I forgot to mention that there are no error messages...and the SMTP settings
are exactly the same as they were with Outlook 2002. Thanks..-jdes
