unable to send emails now that I installed MS outlook 2007

Before I intalled MS outlook 2007 I could send emails, photos, and forward
emails. Now my documents just sit in my outbox. I have one that has been
sitting there now for three days. what is wrong?

Did you create an email account? What email client were you using BEFORE
Outlook 2007?
