Have been able to, but something changed. Even reloaded Ofice 2003.

I am having the same problem - someone mentioned having a bad address in the
list - I have over 160 names on my list and it still sends through outlook
express - how can i know what name is hanging up microsoft outlook?

And the error would be...?
What mail account type are you using?
How many addresses are in the DL?

Outlook will tell you when you have an invalid address in there.
Version of Outlook?
Type of mail account?
Exact error?
