Unable to send Calendar Invitations

A strange new problem has developed in my Outlook 2003: I am unable to send
Calendar Invitations. The Outlook Send/Receive Progress box just hangs when I
try to send the Invitations in my Outbox. Regular email works fine.

Using McAfee Security Center, but, as I say, no problem with regular email!

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Propblem seems to have been resolved by deleting the two messages in Outbox
and entering new ones in their place. Wierd!
