Unable to Select Menu Bar

I am unable in my toolbar options to check the menu bar and each time I open
up word, all of my toolbars are missing and have to select them each time to
open. I tried to reset the toolbar but that was unsuccessful. When I put my
mouse at the top of the word screen the menu bar will appear but then quickly
dissappears when I move the mouse down. The title bar also has dissappeared.
HELP.

G'Day Sandi,

It sounds as though you are in 'Full Screen' view
(View>Full Screen on the Main Menu).

Just press the ESC key to restore the Menubar and Toolbars
(or View>Full Screen again on the 'disappearing' Menubar).

(There should also be a 'floating' toolbar with a
'Close Full Screen'
button, but it sounds as though you do not have that in view.)
