Unable to save jpeg in large format after thumbnail

Can any one tell me why I am not able to save a picture
after it has been thumbnailed. When I publish the page and
you clik on the the thumbnail you get a 404 page cannot be
found.

Are you importing the image into the web first?

Is the original image located inside your web on your computer??
It needs to be.
