Unable to restore to factory settings...

I somehow downloaded a virus, which might have done some harm to my register.
I ran Ad-aware, cwshredder, spybot s&d and Norton to try and clean out my
system as quickly as I could but was too late. So after deciding to restore
to factory setting with the cd-rom disc my pc came with, I got the following
message:

ERROR #91
Disk Manager has been detected on drive 1, but Disk Manager is not running.
If you are booting from a floppy, remove flippy disk and reboot. Press and
hold <Space Bar> key as your computer restarts. When prompted insert your
boot floppy and continue booting. (error box has and 'ok' button.....

after pressing ok, I get the following message:

ERROR #87
Unable to initialize the engine.

I tried the space bar tip and only got an ( A:\ ) prompt and a black
screen. In my system event log I find an error that says that ISEXEng could
not start, and after looking for it in the service section of Computer
Management, I'm told that the file is missing.

Any idea how I can restore my pc to it original setting to wipe this problem
out???
Thanks

It means 3rd party disk management software that may have been used because
the BIOS couldn't support the size of the hard drive.
