unable to resize window

In my version of Money I cannot resize the window. When I
run maximized, I cannot resize. When I hit the restore,
the window minimizes -- there I cannot resize.

I'm stuck in a race condition. Any ideas.

Restarting with Run set to "Normal Window" doesn't work.

It not minimised wen you click restore. Therefore it must be zero sizes window or off screen. Try r/c taskbar and choosing Cascade or Tile
