Boot into Safe Mode (F8) and run a full scan again.

If it still doesn't work you can send me your HijackThis
log as an attachment I'll be glad to look at it and tell

Yeah, I think is great to help people to find ideas to solve their problems,
but I think too, any of MS gives any ideas why MSAS don't fix it or if will
fix soon.
