Unable to redirect My Documents folder

Jim,

OK so in theory what you did should work, and to prove it
the QB below walks through exactly what you've done:

Which leads me to think, mmm are these shares being
mapped after Windows logon? In which case the question
at the bottom of the below page may apply:

Also the following KB article may be applicable to you
even though it's for Windows 2000 :D

The shares are mapped at logon with a script, and I typically redirect to the mapped drive (e.g. - H:\My Documents). This hasn't been a problem before with manual redirection. I'll try deleting/recreating her local profile and then see if I can redirect My Docs.
