Unable to recover a corrupted a database file

Is there a way to recover a corrupted database file? I
tried few things including the ones of knowledge base but
didn't help. I even a copy of the file and tried
recovering that copy but no luck so far.
Any help is highly appreciated, Thnx.

If you tried the standard Compact and Repair or used the JetComp fix, then
there are third party agencies that claim to be able to recover your data
for a fee.

A general search should locate these companies. There may be some MVP that
know of sites that handles these situations.
