Unable to reconize the Domain

I am having a bit of trouble get a single computer to
sync up and become part of the domain. I had an issue
with the network while I was trying to update our domain
from a Windows NT 4.0 structure to an Active Directories
structure. This caused a major problem with the computer
that were connected at the time when the New DC Windows
2003 Server was put online. If the machine was running
Windows 2000 Pro or Windows XP Pro is was not able to
authenticate to the domain after I put the new DC online
and then took it off. I had to disjoin each machine and
re-join the domain. There was no problem with the first
25 computers, then came number 26. I disjoined it and
restarted the machine. Attempted to re-join the domain,
but to my surprise it could not see it. It is getting an
IP-address from the DHCP, but will not let me join the
domain. I also noticed that when you double click the
LAN connection icon I only have one tab up top (general)
there is no STATUS tab. This may or may not have
anything to do with my problem, but it was worth the
details. I have received some errors in the system log
for RAS and SMTPSVC. Can anyone help me at all?

This may be way off, but could it be you only have a 25
client license for your network?

Yes you are way off. I have 30 and I have Licenses service shut off, but
thank you for your ideas. I will take anything right now.
