OUTLOOK EXPRESS MESSAGE (OE REMOVED ACCESS TO THE FOLLING
UNSAFE ATTACHMENTS IN YOUR MAIL.
 
It is trying to protect you from viruses. Some times it is over
enthusiastic, other times Outlook knows best.

This is the MS Access (the database program) newsgroup. Try
annexcafe.general.user2user newsgroup.
 
I know this is the wrong newsgroup but here is the answer
Tools>Options>Security> Uncheck the box that says what you quoted
Should work then
