unable to receive messages in Office Outlook

new pc-installed Microsoft Outlook but unableto receive messages-

Task-receiving reported error-(0x800CCC92) Your email server rejected your
login.verify your usewr name & password in your account properties,under
Tools-click e-mail accounts.

I have my user name down as @XXXX8727.fsnet.co.uk is this correct? I have
tried various passwords incase I had it in wrong & then set a new password in
email accounts.......all to no avail! I have recd a couple of batches of in
messages with various fiddling but dont know how or why ???? Any help
please???

Why don't you go to the Wanadoo web site and check your settings there?
 
Thanks Gordon----hadnt been on THAT help scren(only every other one!!). Had
to ring them in the end but got all my messages now!
