unable to receive html emails

Tools>options>Read tab>remove checkmark from read all in plain text.
 
Hi, Peter ... you can also do this:

When you have the message open, go to View ... Message in HTML ... sometimes
there will be a thin, pale yellow bar at the top that you need to click in
order to download images. In WLM, there is a link for Show Images.

I like to leave "Read Messages in Plain Text" enabled as the default for all
messages, and then just enable HTML for the messages from senders I trust.
