Unable to receive email Outlook 2003

My server is Verizon with MSN. zi have a hotmail address. I get online with
MSN. I then go to Receive, and Press "All Accounts" I receive these messages:
MSN1 04800CCCF0 Server Unavailable! MSN 0480040900 Can't be found! E-mail
address 0480040126 Connection server offline
