Unable to receive e-mails with attachments.

Hi:
I'm not clue what is happening... when I send an normal and regular e-mail from outside of the network I don't have any problem to receive it BUT when I send it with attachment doesn't matter the size I can not receive it... basically I'm unable to receive the e-mail.
This issue is global and not just for my account.

Your help will be greatly appreciate it.

Sounds like the firewall settings or filters are configured to drop all
attachments. Contact your administrator to verify this.
