Unable to read emails

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me. I am able to
download my emails from the pop server to outlook
express, however, when I click to open them, they remain
blank and the hourglass appears as if it's still
loading. Only it never loads. This is the same for the
preview box. I don't know how to fix it. I tried
downloading the updates, but it didn't work. Does anyone
have any ideas?

Jenny - I had the same issue occur last night. I found
