Unable to RDC to a host over an IPSec VPN tunnel?

Any one has any idea why I am unable to establish an RDC
to a host over an established VPN tunnel which permits
any IP traffic - Ping, telnet etc works fines!

What error message(s) and symptoms? Any clues in the event logs?
