This past week I have been unable to print the text of my e-mails. When I
select print from Windows Mail, I receive the header information (From, To,
Date, Subject) but no test. I can print from every other application and the
web but just not e-mail. Any ideas?! It's imperative I get this figured out.

Robin...

The same thing started happening to me yesterday... I'm figuring it was a
Microsoft update <grrr> that did me in.

did you ever figure out what it was and how to fix it? IMO MSMail is now
unusable.

Thanks...jon

Thanks, Steve, but this doesn't seem to apply: I don't even have Office
installed on this machine... I'm using the Windows Mail program that comes
bundled with Vista.

Oops... OE *is* Windows Mail... my bad.

I did go ahead and try the suggested action (regsrvr32 ole32.dll) and got
the error 0x80070005 "Access Denied" and so now I'm trying to figure out
what/why that came up.

Right click on the Command Prompt shortcut and choose Run as Administrator
and then type the registration in that window.

Fixed! Your post got me started in the right direction. The 0x80070005 error
(Access Denied) was because I had turned User Access Control on in "Quiet
Mode" (using TweakUAC). All I had to do was turn UAC off like I used to have
it and everything started working again.

Can't imagine what else is going on here, but my belief in getting rid of
UAC has only been strengthened as a few other "nits" have been cleaned up as
well.

Thanks for the info...jon

I had the same problem; only headers would print from Windows Mail. Turning
off account user control panel worked.
Just a guess, but problem appeared to start when I installed Win Live
OneCare without 1st deleting Win Defender.
