unable to print payroll checks

I have a hp officejet 7130 all in one printer. I am able to print all
documents, unable to print payroll checks.

From the information you have given, it's not unreasonable to assume
that you can't print your payroll checks because there's no money in
your account.

What software are you using to print checks? Has it ever worked before?
What has changed since it worked? What happens when you try to print?
What error messages do you get? How is the printer connected to the
