Unable to open Secure Sites On Internet Explorer 6.0

Sandeep Kumar

Greetings!!

I'm unable to open the secure sites on Internet Explorer
6.0. My operating system is Windows XP professional.

I checked all the settings and they are fine like SSL2.0
and SSL3.0 are enabled and Cipher strength is 128 bit.

Can anyone help me to get out of this problem. Earlier it
was working fine. I tried by restoring the default
settings too. But of no use.

Thanks in advance,
Sandeep Kumar.

Hi Sandeep,

Troubleshoot Situations Where You Cannot Complete MSN Sign-up or Connect to
SSL Secured (128-Bit) Web Sites
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=813444

In most cases, creating a new user profile has solved the problem.
