Unable to open ppt

I'm using Microsoft Office Small Business Edition 2003 and am unable to open a PowerPoint document that was e-mailed to me. I get a 'PowerPoint can't read...' error message. However, I e-mailed the same document to another computer and the recipient was able to open it.

What to do?

Why are you not going to ask the that question in a powerpoint newsgroup?
This one is only for MS Access.

Powerpoint is probably not installed on your PC. Get your
hands on the installation disk and re-install office and
specifically select powerpoint.
Further questions on this subject would be better handled
in a user group for powerpoint. I'm sure there's one here
somewhere.
