Unable to open Inbox

Frank Fowlkes

I recently upgraded from Outlook 2000 to Outlook XP 2002. However, now I
am unable to view messages in the Inbox. I receive the following error
message when clicking on the Inbox: "Unable to display the folder. Can't
find this file. Make sure the path and file name are correct." What went
wrong here? What do I need to do to correct this problem? Thanks.

Locate the file it points to and see if it exists.

If yes; try running scanpst.exe against it and see if it comes up with
anything

If no; search your harddrive for pst-files. Make sure you include hidden and
system files/folders
