unable to open files

Access loads but I am unable to open any of my mdb files. They are listed
but when I click on them nothing happens.

Do you mean you are clicking on the recently used file list under the
top line "File" menu?

What exactly does happen when you click. Any error message? Does the
menu disappear? etc?

Tried double clicking?
 
I think I have a time related virus of some kind. I did a system restore and
then I was able to open the Access 2003 files. One day passes and then they
will no longer open even though I can open Access 2003.

All of my MDB files are listed but when I double click them nothing happens.
The cursor will briefly turn to an "hour glass" then nothing, just the same
Access 2003 opening screen.
