Unable to open file

I have been saving excel file diligently that contains a lot of macros,
thousands of smarttags, and cell comments.

I get an error "unable to open file after file size exceeds 84 MB". is there
is a limitation on number of smart tags / cell comments.

Can Microsfot look into this problem ? My file contains valuable
information, before I can send it to Microsift, Can Microsoft sign
non-compete, NDA agreement ?

I don't think you will have much luck in getting Microsoft to look at the
file, let alone sign any kind of agreement.

Many things in Excel are "limited by available memory" - how much RAM is
installed in the system?

You can find out about many limits by checking Help in your copy of Excel
and searching for
Excel specifications and limits

You can try OpenOffice to open it. Will the code will be REMmed out, you can
still copy/paste it.
