Unable to open Display properties

Hi,

I was able to do it previously. Not sure what happened and now I'm unable to
open the Display properties from desktop and from Control Panel -> Display.

Please Help

Are you logged ad Admin on the machine?.

Try system Restore and see if that will help, and also scan for malwares and
Viruses on your computer.
If you have another Account try to lg with that one and see if you could
access the properties for the Display.

Help!!! I cannot open my Display properties or Appearance and Themes. I have
Windows XP home edition and it worked just fine weeks ago and now it doesn't.
I have read some of the questions on this site and the responses. I tried to
follow the instructions but I did not understand exactly what I need to
do....Can someone please help me???? I need a step by step instruction. I
have tried safe mode, directdrawer driver, and other stuff; but nothing is
working. I cannot afford a tech to help me. Please just email me with an
answer to (e-mail address removed)....thanks!!!!
