We're likely to need more details to offer much help. For example, if
you get any error messages when trying to open attachments or links,
right click on then, then copy the entire error messages into your
next message.
For now, click on Tools, then Options, then Read. If there is a
checkmark in the box before Read all messages in plain text, click
on this box, then Apply. Click on OK.
I cannot open an attachment ending in .xls. error states ' file does not
have a program associated with it" i tried to create an association but
still cannot open the spreadsheet. what am i doing wrong?
Do you have Excel or the free Excel Viewer installed? If so, are you
able to save the attachment, then open the saved document outside of
Windows Mail?
