Unable to modify some appointments in another user's mailbox

Hello.
I am running Outlook 2002 with Exchange 2000 on the back end. I have
delegate access to anoter user's mailbox.

I have a strange situation where I can modify the more recent appointments
in the other user's Calendar, but I cannot modify the older ones. Any idea
what may be causing this?

What are your exact permissions on that user's calendar?

The permissions to the Calendar folder arer: Editor (Can Read, Create, and
Modify).

Hmm. Are the items in question marked private?
What error messages do you get?
