Unable to logon

Whe trying to logon I get the following
message: "Windows cannot load the user's profile but has
logged you on with the default profile for the system.
Detail: A required privilege is not held by the
client." Then, after 30 seconds or so, the machine
reboots and gives the same message. I only have one
profile setup on this machine and it is an administrator
profile. I don't know how to setup a new one if I can't
logon to do it. Is there any way to do it. Thanks so
much for any help.

Jack,

I have the same problem and do not know what is going. I have
reinstalled 3 times (upgrade). If you figured this problem out please
contact me via email. I will also be searching for an answer, if I
find one I will contact you.
